Clinical Team Leader – RMN/RNLD

About the role

Join Cygnet Lodge Woking as a Clinical Team Leader, providing high‑quality inpatient rehabilitation for men with complex needs. You will oversee two wards, lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, person‑centred care across day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff, delivering coaching and clinical guidance.
• Conduct regular care audits and drive quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain complete individual care plans in line with NMC guidelines.
• Administer medicines according to healthcare procedures and commission standards.
• Participate in clinical committees and contribute to the annual Quality and Compliance plan.
• Engage in continuous professional development and CPD activities.

Required profile

• Current RMN/RNLD registration with a valid PIN number.
• Minimum two years experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or RNLD.
• Proven ability to document care accurately and perform audits.
• Strong integrity and commitment to clinical excellence.
