CLO Associate Analytics – Investment Management

About the role
The operations team manages portfolios of multiple CLO deals and seeks a steady pair of hands to execute duties to the highest standard. The role offers close exposure to portfolio managers and involves working across EU and US CLOs during a period of very high deal volume.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct portfolio surveillance for CLO 1.0 and CLO 2.0 deals, ensuring compliance and performance monitoring.
- Manage warehouse operations and oversee deal closing processes to meet tight timelines.
- Administer loan and bond documentation, supporting accurate record‑keeping.
- Handle indenture, offering memorandum, and CLO tranche structure documentation.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to support high‑volume deal flow across EU and US markets.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience working on CLO 1.0 and CLO 2.0 transactions.
- Demonstrated experience with EU and US CLO portfolios and ability to thrive in a high‑deal‑volume environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the WSO system.
- Experience using WSO Compliance tools.
