Cloud Capability Lead - Azure

About the role

Lead Azure delivery for our clients while shaping the Azure capability across the business. This senior, hands‑on role combines direct client delivery on complex engagements with ownership of technical standards, presales support and team growth. You will stay billable and remain deeply involved in the most technically demanding Azure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Personally design, build and implement solutions on the most complex Azure engagements, providing senior technical leadership.
• Define and enforce Azure architecture principles, security baselines and tooling choices for the capability.
• Support presales activities: scoping, estimating, solutioning and contributing to proposals and Statements of Work.
• Mentor Azure team members and assist with recruitment alongside POD Leads.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of cloud/infrastructure consulting experience, primarily delivering Microsoft Azure solutions at architect level.
• Proven senior technical authority on Azure engagements, influencing both technical and commercial decisions.
• Current or recent Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, preferably with specialisations such as security, networking or landing zones.
• Experience working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem and contributing to commercial proposals.
