Cloud Technician

About the role

As a Cloud Technician you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering responsive support for Microsoft‑based cloud environments. You will manage service‑desk tickets from creation through resolution, ensuring smooth operation of cloud services and maintaining system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Log, track and resolve service‑desk tickets, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor security and backup alerts to protect cloud infrastructure.
• Assess, triage and prioritize incidents for timely resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and flag them for proactive investigation.
• Implement minor, standard changes in customer environments.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.

Required profile

• Based in or around London.
• Experience in a customer support or service‑desk role.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
