Club Receptionist

About the role

The Headland is seeking a friendly and professional Club Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and members at the Aqua Club and Headland Spa. You will welcome visitors, manage enquiries and ensure a memorable, personalised experience in a vibrant coastal setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and members with a warm, courteous attitude at both the Aqua Club and Headland Spa reception desks.
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and enquiries using the front‑desk system.
• Maintain accurate records and manage cash transactions where required.
• Multitask in a busy environment, balancing phone calls, walk‑ins and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the Aqua Club, Spa and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service.
• Uphold health, safety and sustainability standards in line with the venue’s EarthCheck partnership.

Required profile

• Versatile team player with strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexible, proactive and positive attitude.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience or familiarity with spa/hotel management software such as Maestro (preferred but not essential).
