Clubs & Competitions Manager – Newcastle/Hunter/Coast

About the role

Cricket NSW is seeking a Clubs & Competitions Manager to lead growth and retention of participants across the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast regions. You will shape the strategic direction of competition administration and drive recruitment initiatives, especially for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Lead participant retention and recruitment for clubs and competitions in the assigned area.
• Develop and manage a team that supports cricket recruitment and retention activities.
• Analyse customer insights and data to identify new competition opportunities and delivery channels.
• Focus on retaining 5‑12‑year‑old participants and expanding their involvement.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with key partners to influence the cricket landscape.
• Oversee the strategic growth of Cricket NSW’s Competition Administration Support Program for the region.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
