About the role
VPZ, the UK’s leading vape retailer, is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead six stores across the North East. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with Store Managers to drive performance and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 15‑20 employees across six stores (Hexham, Birtley, Spennymoor, Newton Aycliffe, Consett, Whickham).
- Maximise store potential and revenue while supporting shop‑floor trading.
- Coach Store Managers, implement sales and service training, and ensure alignment with company strategy and brand values.
Required profile
- Proven track record as a manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Multi‑site experience is beneficial.
- Customer‑service and sales focus.
- Valid driver’s licence.
