Cluster Manager – Multi‑site Retail & Hospitality Leader

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of coffee house and bakery stores across South West London and surrounding areas. You will inspire store teams, drive sales performance and ensure every customer enjoys a warm, welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple locations to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Coach, mentor and develop Store Managers to maximise team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store performance through KPI analysis, sales reporting and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiencies and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Ensure all stores consistently meet food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Resolve operational challenges and escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high brand standards and foster a positive, customer‑first culture.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple retail or hospitality locations.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and commercial performance.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching and people‑development skills.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
