CNC Machinist – Bespoke Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a fast‑growing, internationally‑active manufacturer of precision components for aerospace, defence and robotics. Based in London, you will work in a newly‑established UK factory, contributing to cutting‑edge projects and the overall growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate and program a range of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Act as a senior member of the workshop team, providing guidance and training to junior operatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and business strategy teams on dynamic manufacturing projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficiency in a 40‑hour week, with occasional overtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role, preferably with 5‑axis equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a tight‑knit workshop environment.
• Willingness to commute to Southwark/London.
• Interest in a high‑growth, dynamic company offering equity and progression.
