CNC Machinist (Miller) – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a well‑established manufacturer on a permanent night‑shift basis. You will work Monday to Thursday from 18:00 to 06:00, setting up, operating and programming CNC machines to produce specialist components.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program CNC horizontal boring and milling machines.
• Interpret customer drawings and specifications to produce medium‑heavy workpieces.
• Use Fanuc or Heidenhain control systems to run jobs accurately.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with milling expertise.
• Familiarity with horizontal boring/milling machines.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work night shifts (18:00‑06:00) Monday‑Thursday.
