CNC Machinist – Night Shift (Continental)

About the role

Airbus is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join its Broughton wing‑production site on a continental night‑shift schedule. You will work 3 nights on, 4 nights off, contributing to the manufacture of high‑precision aircraft components.

Key responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce aircraft parts from a variety of materials.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure parts meet exact tolerances.
• Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and compliance with aerospace quality standards.
• Maintain machining tools and equipment, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Completed a full apprenticeship in machining or an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours (19:00‑07:00) on a 3‑on‑4‑off rota.
