About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join a specialist manufacturer in New Malden. You will work in a modern workshop, producing small‑batch, high‑precision components on CNC lathes while enjoying a strong work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Set‑up, operate and program CNC turning lathes.
- Produce high‑precision components in small batches.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings.
- Maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
- Work Monday‑Thursday 7:30‑16:30 and Friday 7:30‑12:30.
Required profile
- Proven background in CNC turning.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings.
- Ability to commute to New Malden.
Required skills
- CNC turning experience.
- Programming CNC lathes.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
