CNC Machinist & Toolmaker – Injection Moulding (Stevenage)

About the role

Join a leading ISO 9001:2015 accredited injection moulding manufacturer in Stevenage. You will work in a modern, purpose‑built facility, maintaining and modifying moulding tools to produce high‑quality components for a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manual milling machines, lathes and surface/cylindrical grinders.
• Use manual and CNC spark eroders and CNC wire eroders for tool work.
• Modify, repair and fit injection mould tools to meet production specifications.
• Manufacture and fit new injection mould tools using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure output meets company and customer standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in toolmaking and high‑precision machining.
• Ability to fit and assemble complex tools and perform repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
