CNC Operator – Full‑time in Four Marks, Hampshire

About the role

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join a successful manufacturing team in Four Marks, Hampshire. The permanent, full‑time position involves setting up and running CNC lathes in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate two CNC machines, primarily lathes.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Perform de‑burring, linishing, wire brushing, manual turning and milling.
• Handle goods‑in receiving, including heavy lifting.

Required profile

• Experience in setting and operating CNC machines.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Interest in engineering and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a small manufacturing team.
• Commitment to keeping the workspace clean and organised.
