CNC Operator – Textile Cutting (Eastbourne)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a leading bespoke textile manufacturing company in Eastbourne. The position starts as a full‑time temporary role with the prospect of becoming permanent, offering the chance to develop your CNC skills in a busy production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC textile cutting machines safely and efficiently.
• Produce high‑quality cut materials in line with customer specifications.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain attention to detail throughout the process.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to meet deadlines.
• Monitor machine performance, report issues and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards process improvement.
• Willingness to work full‑time on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis.
