About the role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join a specialist aerospace manufacturer in the South West. The role is factory‑based, offering a full‑time schedule with double‑day shifts (earlies and lates) and an early finish on Fridays.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls.
- Perform online programming and routine maintenance to ensure accurate, efficient machining.
- Maintain high quality standards and meet production targets.
- Work within a double‑day shift pattern, including overtime opportunities.
Required profile
- Solid background in CNC milling.
- Comfortable working shift patterns and overtime.
- Motivated to develop technical skills through training.
