CNC Setter / Operator (Training on Programming)

About the role

We are seeking a CNC Setter/Operator for a days‑based position in Sutton Coldfield. The role offers specialist programming training, allowing you to develop into a CNC Programmer while working for a stable, growing manufacturer of specialist agricultural products.

Key responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC machines across multiple platforms.
• Select appropriate tools, set up fixtures and optimise cutting parameters.
• Interpret 2‑D engineering drawings and CAD data to produce high‑quality components.
• Work Monday‑Friday, finishing early on Fridays.

Required profile

• Experience as a CNC Operator or Setter.
• Looking for a days‑based, onsite role.
• Able to commute to Sutton Coldfield.
• Interest in progressing to CNC programming.
