About the role
We are looking for a CNC Setter/Operator who wants hands‑on training in programming and the chance to increase earnings through unlimited overtime. You will join a fast‑growing engineering business that supplies sectors such as aerospace, defence and Formula 1.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to meet production targets.
- Work alongside senior engineers to learn machine programming using CAM software and develop your technical skills.
Required profile
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC machinery.
- Specific experience with milling machines.
- Willingness to work back‑end, extended‑hour shifts.
