CNC Turner – Lots of Overtime

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join our multi‑site engineering group in Dudley. The role offers a strong earnings potential with regular overtime, double‑time on Sundays and call‑out pay, plus a clear pathway for training and progression.

Key responsibilities

• Perform CNC turning operations on a variety of components, including couplings and bearings.
• Undertake reverse‑engineering tasks, rebuilding broken metal parts to as‑new condition.
• Work standard hours 7:30 am‑4 pm, Monday‑Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays, Sundays and night shifts.
• Participate in on‑call duties (approximately one week in five).

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional call‑out shifts.
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.

Required skills

• CNC turning.
• Protrak control system (preferred).
• Siemens control system (preferred).
• Miller machining knowledge.
