Collection & Delivery Driver – Aldershot

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver based in Aldershot. You will be responsible for moving parcels safely and efficiently between our depot and customers' homes or businesses, playing a key part in our express delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes each day.
• Carry out essential vehicle safety checks before and after shifts.
• Collect parcels from the depot and deliver them to residential and commercial addresses.
• Provide a friendly, reliable service to customers, handling both personal and business shipments.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Category B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than six penalty points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
• Looking for a stable, long‑term position in a growing organisation.

• Starting salary £25,201 per year (£12.71 / hour) with progression to £30,000 plus overtime.
