Collection & Delivery Driver

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver, operating from the Gloucester depot. You will be responsible for moving parcels safely and efficiently between the depot and customers' homes or businesses, ensuring a reliable and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes.
• Carry out essential vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Collect parcels from the depot and deliver them to residential and commercial addresses.
• Provide a courteous, dependable service for both personal and business deliveries.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Category B up to 3.5t) with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
• Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation.

• Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £30,000 with overtime.
