Collection & Delivery Driver – Parcel Delivery

About the role

As a Collection & Delivery Driver you will join Parcelforce Worldwide in Plymouth, handling parcels for homes and businesses across the South West. You will work a regular shift, delivering a reliable service while enjoying a clear career path within the Royal Mail Group.

Key responsibilities

• Sort incoming parcels and plan efficient delivery routes.
• Perform mandatory vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Collect parcels from depots and deliver them to customers on time.
• Provide friendly, dependable service for both personal and business shipments.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Category B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address with no more than six penalty points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Looking for a stable, long‑term role.

• Starting salary £25,201 per year (£12.71 hour) rising to £30,000 with overtime.
