Collection & Delivery Driver – Parcel Logistics

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver, responsible for moving parcels safely and efficiently across the Sutton area. You’ll be part of a team that values reliability, customer service and punctuality.

Key responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes.
• Perform essential vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Collect and deliver parcels to residential and business addresses.
• Provide a friendly, dependable service for both personal and business shipments.

Required profile

• Valid full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation.

Required skills

What we offer

• Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £30,000 with overtime.
• Weekend premium rates and paid overtime.
• Monthly non‑pensionable addition and weekly driving allowance.
