Collection & Delivery Driver – Parcel Service

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver, responsible for moving parcels safely between the depot and customers across Middlesbrough. You will work a regular Tuesday‑to‑Saturday schedule, delivering a mix of personal and business shipments while representing the brand with a friendly, reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes each day.
• Perform essential vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Collect parcels from the depot and deliver them to homes and businesses.
• Provide courteous, dependable service for all types of shipments.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Looking for a stable, long‑term role.

Required skills

• Manual driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t).

• Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £30,000 with overtime.
