College Services Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, student‑centred College Services Coordinator to join the College Services Team at International College Portsmouth. The role sits at the heart of the student experience, guiding learners from enrolment through to progression to the University of Portsmouth and ensuring they receive personalised support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the college’s SEN(D) support provision, coordinating Individual Education Plans, reasonable adjustments and targeted interventions.
• Identify at‑risk students and coordinate proactive interventions through the Academic Compass Programme and other support services.
• Oversee academic administration processes such as predicted grades, missed assessments, Extenuating Circumstances Forms, reassessments and academic integrity procedures.
• Maintain accurate student records in line with GDPR and UKVI requirements.
• Support student registration, re‑registration and semester transition activities.
• Collect, analyse and report student data to inform decision‑making, improve retention and enhance student outcomes.
