Command Center Manager – Global Security (Vice President)

About the role

The Command Center Manager – Global Security (Vice President) leads the 24/7/365 Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) for the EMEA region. Based in London, you will protect thousands of employees, clients and assets by overseeing intelligence analysis, incident management and crisis response in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the EMEA Command Center, ensuring high‑quality incident detection, triage and response.
• Gather, monitor and analyse geopolitical and security intelligence to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Prepare and disseminate incident notifications, alerts and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with APAC and Americas Command Centers for aligned global incident response.
• Lead crisis bridge calls and support Crisis Management Teams across EMEA.
• Oversee travel security operations, including real‑time traveler monitoring and risk‑based advisory.
• Deliver crisis management training and simulation exercises.
• Partner with Technology, Real Estate, Business Resiliency and security teams to continuously improve GSOC platforms and processes.
• Manage, coach and develop Command Center staff.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a security operations or command centre environment.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical risk, incident management and crisis response.
• Experience coordinating across multiple regions and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to make rapid, informed decisions under pressure.
