Commercial Account Handler

About the role

The Commercial Account Handler will join a well‑established insurance brokerage in the City, delivering bespoke insurance solutions to mid‑ to high‑net‑worth clients. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, assess their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships across a high‑value portfolio.
• Assess customer insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies.
• Negotiate with insurers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Manage policy renewals and coordinate claims on behalf of clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulations and product developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property owners' insurance in a similar commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Professional insurance qualification such as a CII certificate is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Acturis insurance software.
