About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Account Handler to join a reputable insurance brokerage in central Manchester. The position offers a clear progression path, comprehensive training, and support to achieve CII certification within the first year.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
• Assist with renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and new business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries efficiently.
• Gain in‑depth knowledge of a wide range of commercial insurance products.

Required profile

• Solid experience in the commercial insurance sector.
• Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive teamwork and strong organisational abilities.
• Ambition to achieve CII qualifications.
