Commercial Adjuster – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Adjuster to join our London team. You will manage a portfolio of commercial property claims up to £100k, overseeing each case from initial assessment through final settlement while ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Visit premises and sites to assess damage and gather evidence.
• Prepare detailed loss adjustment reports.
• Negotiate with contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the claim.
• Manage a full caseload independently, from inception to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in loss adjusting, preferably commercial property.
• CILA qualification or clear progression towards it.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and report‑writing abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused, professional attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
