Commercial Adjuster – West Midlands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Adjuster to join our West Midlands team. You will manage commercial property claims up to £100k, overseeing each case from initial report to final settlement while ensuring the best outcomes for clients and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a personal caseload of commercial property claims from start to finish.
• Visit premises and sites to assess damage and gather evidence.
• Prepare detailed loss reports and negotiate settlements with contractors, suppliers and other parties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in loss adjusting, preferably commercial property.
• CILA qualification or clear progression towards it.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and report‑writing abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused, professional attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
