Commercial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded analytical professional to drive performance, revenue optimisation and business insight across a diverse portfolio of products and services. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will use data, forecasting and commercial analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse pricing, yield, customer demand and commercial performance to maximise profitability.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, scenario‑planning tools and performance analyses.
• Deliver actionable commercial insights across multiple revenue streams, highlighting trends, opportunities and risks.
• Produce and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks for data‑driven decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations and other functions to evaluate performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Support pricing, product and process improvements to enhance commercial outcomes and customer experience.
• Monitor business performance against targets and recommend interventions.
• Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial analysis, revenue management, business performance, pricing or financial planning.
• Strong analytical and modelling capability with advanced Excel and data visualisation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into practical commercial actions.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Commercially astute with a solid understanding of revenue drivers, profitability and business performance.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment where priorities evolve.
