Key responsibilities

• Learn the full portfolio of Pareto’s offerings to confidently engage with prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client sites regularly, negotiate and close contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Support existing customers with contractual changes and maintain ongoing relationships.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven aptitude for learning new concepts quickly and adapting to change.
