About the role

Join Pareto’s fast‑growing Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme in Leeds. This full‑time programme offers recent graduates the chance to develop commercial expertise while working with a recognised tech brand expanding across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Gain in‑depth knowledge of Pareto’s product offering to engage prospects confidently.
• Contact inbound prospects, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client and prospect sites regularly, negotiate and close contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Legal, Product).
• Support existing customers with contractual changes and maintain ongoing communication.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven adaptability and a quick learning mindset.
