Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – B2B Marketing

About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech company as a Commercial Associate Graduate. You will develop a deep understanding of the business’s B2B offering and work directly with inbound prospects to build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound prospects and confidently present the company’s solutions.
• Manage your own territory, visiting client and prospect sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central point of contact between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.
• Liaise with existing customers on contractual changes and ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Proven adaptability and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
