About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing tech company with a 40% annual growth rate, is launching a brand‑new Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme. This entry‑level programme offers recent graduates the chance to develop commercial expertise while working with a globally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Gain thorough knowledge of the business offering to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound prospects, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.

Required profile

• Educated to degree level.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
