About the role

Join Pareto’s fast‑growing commercial team as a Graduate Associate in Leeds. This full‑time scheme offers you the chance to develop a deep understanding of the company’s tech‑focused solutions while building relationships with new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full portfolio of services to confidently engage inbound prospects.
• Manage a defined territory, visiting client sites and nurturing relationships.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers, sales, delivery, legal and product teams.
• Support existing customers on contractual changes and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Adaptable learner with proven logical thinking.
