About the role

The Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme offers recent graduates the chance to launch a career in a fast‑growing, high‑growth commercial business. You will receive comprehensive training and work directly with prospects and clients across the UK, building relationships and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s offerings to confidently engage with prospects.
• Contact inbound prospects, manage your own territory and visit client sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and handle contractual changes.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
