Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – £25k‑£30k OTE

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing tech company operating across the UK and Europe, is launching a new Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme. The programme is designed for recent engineering graduates who want to start a career in commercial sales and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product and service offering to engage confidently with prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Support existing customers with contractual changes and maintain ongoing communication.

Required profile

• University degree (Engineering preferred).
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Quick learner, adaptable and logical thinker.
