About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech‑focused business as a Commercial Associate Graduate. You will be based in Leeds and work with a dynamic team to develop commercial relationships across the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s product offering to engage confidently with prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client sites regularly, negotiate and close contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Support existing customers with contractual changes and ensure a high level of service.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Quick learner, adaptable and able to think logically.

• Driving licence (UK) and personal vehicle.
