Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – £35k Salary

About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech partner as a Commercial Associate on a graduate scheme. You will develop a deep understanding of the company’s solutions and use that knowledge to build relationships with new and existing clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full portfolio of products and services to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, nurture relationships and expand the client base.
• Manage a defined territory, visiting client sites and representing the brand.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Handle contractual changes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Logical thinking and quick learning aptitude.
