About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners and donors.
• Support the design and delivery of fundraising initiatives.
• Assist the customer success team in managing client accounts.

• Analyse performance data and contribute to strategic project work.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1‑3 years of professional experience.
• Ambitious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong communicator with a passion for building relationships.
• Organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
