Commercial Associate

About the role

You will work at the heart of Spruce’s commercial engine, building deep relationships with heat‑pump installers across the UK, unlocking untapped value in our existing customer base and directly shaping growth over the next 18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial expansion by increasing product usage, growing accounts and helping installers realise new opportunities.
• Become installers’ trusted partner, acting as the first point of contact for feedback and new growth ideas.
• Create a world‑class onboarding experience for new installers, ensuring rapid adoption and impact.
• Represent the customer voice internally to influence product decisions and roadmap.
• Develop systems, playbooks and self‑serve resources, including LLM agents and training content, to scale operations.
• Own revenue targets and be rewarded based on account growth and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial experience.
• Relentlessly proactive and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent people skills – able to build rapport quickly.
• Strong written communication, simplifying complex concepts.
• Deep curiosity about technology and the heat‑pump market.

• Base salary £40–60k plus 20% on‑target bonus (OTE up to £72k).
