About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Building Surveyor to join our newly‑opened office in Bicester. The role combines on‑site inspections across Oxfordshire with office‑based reporting and client liaison.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and inspect building work for safety and functionality.
- Prepare detailed reports, risk assessments and maintain project documentation.
- Liaise with clients to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Split time between the Bicester office and construction sites within Oxfordshire.
Required profile
- Qualified Building Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Experience in commercial or residential construction surveying.
- Willingness to commute to Bicester and various Oxfordshire sites.

What we offer
- Salary £85,000‑£95,000 per year.
- £5,400 car allowance and fuel card.
- Training, progression and support towards chartership.
- Standard office hours 8:30 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
