Commercial Building Surveyor – £50k‑£60k + Company Car

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Building Surveyor to join a reputable Oxfordshire‑based firm. The role involves delivering surveying services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties throughout the South of England and Greater London. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with hybrid office attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed building surveys, technical assessments and produce comprehensive reports.
• Diagnose defects, analyse causes and recommend remedial solutions.
• Provide expert advice on property condition, maintenance, health and safety and dilapidations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, construction companies and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage project documentation, maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.
• Support clients throughout the surveying process with professional guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification preferred; highly experienced surveyors are welcome.
• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
• Proven commercial property experience, including dilapidations and project management.
• Ability to work independently, organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
