Commercial Construction Paralegal

About the role

This position is with a leading international law firm, supporting the Commercial Construction team on high‑quality construction matters. You will work alongside Partners and Associates, gaining exposure to transactional work, client advisory, and the broader commercial construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support Partners and Associates on construction matters
• Assist with transactional and project‑related work
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence and reports
• Conduct legal research and review documentation
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative and document‑management support throughout project lifecycles

Required profile

• Law degree or completed GDL/PGDL
• LPC or SQE completion desirable but not essential
• Previous paralegal or professional services experience advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Required skills

• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new legal technology systems
