Commercial Contracts & Post Award Specialist

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Commercial Contracts & Post Award Specialist to support the full lifecycle of customer contracts within its Insurance business. The role bridges Commercial Contracts, Legal, Sales, Finance, Billing Operations and Delivery teams to ensure contracts are accurately drafted, executed and maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage contract documentation such as Orders, Amendments, Statements of Work, Schedules, SLAs and Product Appendices.
• Draft agreements using approved templates and clause libraries.
• Coordinate contract review, approval and execution through DocuSign and internal governance workflows.
• Maintain contract repositories, trackers and reporting tools, and monitor obligations, expirations and milestones.
• Support Deal Review Board activities, renewal and amendment processes, and create process documentation and playbooks.
• Translate executed contract terms into billing instructions, set up billing arrangements in finance systems and validate pricing and invoicing.

Required profile

• Strong contract management experience with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret contractual terms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
