Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of commercial and property litigation matters.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Advise on insolvency, security over business and property assets, and professional negligence claims.
• Represent clients in the Business and Property Courts of the High Court.
• Coordinate with senior partners and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial dispute resolution.
• Proven track record in commercial and property litigation.
• Experience handling insolvency, security, and claimant professional negligence matters.
• Strong academic background and ability to work independently.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and commercial awareness.
