Key responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of commercial dispute matters from inception to resolution.
• Lead and supervise junior lawyers and support staff on case strategy and delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with long‑standing clients, providing tailored legal advice.
• Contribute to business development and the firm’s partnership progression plan.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑5 PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex commercial cases independently.
