Commercial Finance & Analytics Manager

About the role

The Commercial Finance & Analytics Manager will sit at the heart of a fast‑scaling, PE‑backed real‑estate business, helping to build a modern, data‑driven finance function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will combine commercial finance, business intelligence and process‑improvement responsibilities to support rapid growth across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to professionalise and modernise finance operations.
• Build commercial reporting and analytical frameworks for multiple operating entities.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities within financial and operational data.
• Produce actionable insights that influence business strategy and performance.
• Redesign core business processes and improve data quality, governance and reporting accuracy.
• Work with APIs, data integrations and reporting tools to automate manual processes.
• Develop scalable management information and KPI reporting.
• Analyse customer journeys and operational performance to identify commercial improvements.
• Support technology implementation projects and digital enhancement initiatives.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Create compelling narratives around business performance for senior stakeholders.
