Commercial Finance Broker – Flexible, High‑Earning Role

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Broker to specialise in higher‑value commercial finance deals. You will work flexibly from home, managing your own pipeline of bridging, development finance and business lending transactions while leveraging our extensive referral network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with business owners, professional landlords and introducers such as accountants, solicitors and other brokers.
• Source and manage larger, more lucrative commercial finance deals, including bridging, development finance and business lending.
• Leverage your existing client bank and referrals from the company’s network to create a profitable pipeline.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (essential).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Commercial Broker.
• Existing client bank or introducer relationships (essential).
• Experience or strong interest in commercial finance (desirable).
• Willingness to work on a self‑employed, commission‑only basis.
